Many of our customers have been experiencing issues with the TVNZ+ app, we raised a ticket and finally heard back! An update is rolling out just in time for TVNZ's upcoming sports coverage of the FIFA World Cup 2026™, running from June 12 to July 20, where they will broadcast all 104 matches on the TVNZ+ app. This is ultra important as they have exclusive rights!

Thank you for your patience. Our team has released a new app version, which will be rolled out to Apple TV devices over the next few days. This update addresses issues such as frequent logouts and playback inconsistencies with live channels and watch history.
If your Apple TV has automatic updates enabled, no action is required. Once updated to version 7.0.3(19), the improvements will take effect. Please keep an eye out for the update and let us know if you continue to experience any issues.
