A bridge between your music and your DAC

BROEN – Danish for “bridge” – is Ferrum’s network streaming transport, one of the strongest streaming propositions available at its price. It delivers streams to the majority of quality DACs and adds exciting extra features when paired with Ferrum’s own WANDLA and HYPSOS.

At its heart is the newly developed SERCE Digital-to-Digital module, so every digital process is executed with exceptional precision. The input (streaming and control) and output domains are fully separated, and all audio outputs sit behind a galvanic isolation barrier for the lowest possible noise.

BROEN is Powered by Volumio, giving you a BROEN-tailored version of the Volumio ecosystem at no extra cost: Spotify & Spotify Connect, TIDAL & TIDAL Connect, Qobuz & Qobuz Connect, AirPlay, UPnP/DLNA rendering, web radio, CD playback, multi-room, AI-powered SuperSearch, extended metadata and plug-ins such as Roon Bridge.

Made for WANDLA

BROEN works with most quality DACs and can be controlled from your phone, tablet or computer. Paired with WANDLA via FSCT, artist and title information appears on WANDLA’s screen and playback can be controlled from WANDLA’s touch screen or remote.

Made for HYPSOS

Performs beautifully straight out of the box, but can be taken further still when paired with the Ferrum HYPSOS hybrid power supply via the proprietary Ferrum Power Link (FPL) connection with 4-terminal voltage sensing.
